Referee Anthony Taylor has been slammed by fans after Jamal Musiala suffered a very serious injury against Paris Saint Germain.
All eyes were fixated on the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, as the two European giants clashed in the quarter-final of the FIFA Club World Cup.
After what was an entertaining first half, the match was marred by Musiala's horrible injury.
The 22-year-old Bayern star was beaten to the ball by PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma but was then seen screaming in pain as he looked like he suffered a serious lower leg injury.

The Italian goalkeeper was left 'distraught' as it became clear that Musiala had suffered a bad injury.
Musiala was eventually stretchered off as the Bayern players were left visibly upset.

Shortly afterwards, referee Taylor blew for half-time, which led to fans expressing their discontent over the way the Musiala incident was handled.

On social media, one fan said: "Anthony Taylor is a terrible ref and so is this VAR. Completely reckless play is not excused by getting a hand on the ball."
Another tweeted: "How was Donnaruma not given a red and sent off for such a reckless and dangerous challenge on Musiala?"
A third fan added: "Anthony Taylor is the referee, that's why that incident on Musiala wasn't a red card."
Someone else wrote: "How on earth can Anthony Taylor whistle for the halftime after an action which has clearly broken Musiala's leg without a VAR check?"

A fifth commented: "How did the ref not even give us a penalty man. Donnarumma literally broke Musiala’s leg."
Another fan said: "Donnarumma should have seen red; Instead, not even a foul as he comes through Musiala - who looks severely injured. Criminal from Anthony Taylor."
In the second half, PSG took the lead through Desire Doue's goal in the 78th minute before defender Willian Pacho was sent off with eight minutes left to play.
