Arsenal defender Sokratis produced some of the worst play acting you'll ever see against Aston Villa this afternoon.
The Gunners won 3-2 after coming back from 2-1 down but one of the key talking points of the game was Sokratis' play acting.
The Greek defender was down near Villa striker Wesley who brushed the 31-year-old's head with his leg.

What followed next was ridiculous.

The former Borussia Dortmund man puts his hands to his face and collapses onto the floor in absolute agony.
Except Wesley barely touched him and we doubt he was in agony.
Fans were quick to jump on the defender after his embarrassing display.

Some accused Sokratis of attempting to get Villa down to 10 men after Arsenal had their own man sent off in Ainsley Maitland-Niles.
The young full-back was dismissed in the first half for two bookable offences.
Villa took the lead in the first half through John McGinn who drifted between the Arsenal defenders to delicately touch beyond Bernd Leno.
Arsenal battled back to level the scores through a Nicolas Pepe penalty, his first goal for the club.

The score didn't stay level for long as Wesley restored Villa's lead a few minutes later.
Calum Chambers popped up to score an equaliser from the bench before Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang netted five minutes from time to give Arsenal a comeback victory.
The defeat is harsh on Dean Smith's side who battled hard but came up just short.

Victory for Arsenal lifts the pressure of boss Unai Emery ahead of their clash with Manchester United at Old Trafford next Monday.
They will be hoping Sokratis can refrain from the play acting in that game.
