Cristiano Ronaldo looked absolutely furious after seeing Ghana's Osman Bukari copy his 'SIUU' celebration after finding the net.

Ronaldo made history in becoming the first player to score in five different World Cups after finding the net through a penalty in the 65th minute of Portugal's World Cup opener.

He went down under the challenge of a defender and stepped up with an emphatic spot-kick, before reverting to his popular celebration that had the crowd joining in with the cry.

Late on, when Ronaldo was sat on the bench after being substituted, he watched on as Bukari of Red Star Belgrade headed home to reduce the deficit.

Instead of grabbing the ball and rushing back to the halfway line, he decided to do a 'SIUU' of his own.

The cameras immediately panned to the Ronaldo and he was visibly angry despite Portugal leading 3-2.

Ghana caused all sorts of difficulty for Portugal and were level at one point when former Swansea and West Ham striker Andre Ayew tapped home in the 73rd minute.

Fernando Santos' side hit back in quick succession, however, with strikes from Joao Felix and Rafael Leao. Both goals were assisted by Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes, who was full of invention at Stadium 974.

Ronaldo played his first game since having his contract terminated by Manchester United following his explosive interview with Piers Morgan landing him in trouble with his employers.

After leading out his team onto the pitch, the 37-year-old was overcome with emotion as he belted out the national anthem.

Ronaldo has now scored eight World Cup goals across five tournaments, his first coming from the spot against Iran back at the 2006 showpiece in Germany.

He is still yet to score in a knockout stage fixture, with all of his strikes coming in the group stage.
