Arsenal announced that Bukayo Saka had signed a new contract keeping him at the club until 2027, but how much will he be earning at the Emirates?

The 21-year-old has established himself as a key part of Mikel Arteta's plans this season, becoming the only player in the Premier League to register double figures for goals and assists.

A deal was agreed in principle back in March, according to The Athletic. But Arsenal have officially announced the news on their Twitter.

Speaking to Arsenal's website regarding his new deal, Saka explained: "I'm just really happy. There's been a lot of talking and it's been a while, but I'm here now.

"I think this is the right club, the right place, to make the next step. It's a beautiful club - look where we are.

"For me, it's about achieving my personal ambitions; how much I push myself and demand from myself each game, week in, week out.

"Then I have all the right people around me in terms of my family, and when I come to the training ground, my team-mates, the coaching staff. I think I have everything I need to become the best player I can be, and that's why I'm happy to stay here and be here for the future, because I really believe that we can achieve big things."

But to answer the burning question, how much he will he earn in north London?

How much will Saka earn?

As reported by the Daily Mail in March, Saka was set to earn a minimum of £10million per year (just over £192,000-a-week).

However, transfer expert David Ornstein claims that he will receive nearly £15m per year thanks to bonuses and other add-ons.

If that proposed deal is signed, Saka would earn just over £288,000-a-week, making him the highest-earner at the club, and one one of the best paid players in Arsenal's history, second only to Mesut Ozil's record £350,000-a-week salary.

The pay rise would see him become the eighth highest earner in the Premier League, alongside fellow England teammate Jack Grealish and Manchester United midfielder Casemiro, according to Capology.
