Bukayo Saka will be the happiest man in the Arsenal squad right now as his dream scenario for the Champions League final may have come true.

Nearly six and a half years after he was appointed as Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta is on for a dream season with the Gunners.

Following their 1-0 win over Atletico Madrid in the home second leg of their Champions League semi-final, Arsenal have now reached the final having beaten Diego Simeone's side 2-1 on aggregate.

The final will take place on May 30 in the Puskas Arena in Budapest where Arsenal will face reigning champions Paris Saint-Germain after their dramatic 6-5 aggregate win over Bayern Munich.

Although the thought of a Champions League final against the French giants would no doubt be daunting for many players in football, it appears that it may have been exactly what Arsenal starboy Saka was dreaming of.

After scoring the goal that secured Arsenal's place in the final for the first time in 20 years, Saka appeared on CBS Sports to speak with the team about the achievement.

During the appearance he was asked who he wanted to meet in the final, to which he replied: "Come on, man... you can't ask me that. I'd have to give a media-trained answer."

However, when pushed further, he added: "You know deep down who we'd want to face in the final."

Although Saka made sure to keep his cards close to his chest, fans are convinced that he meant PSG to seek revenge for their meeting in the Champions League semi-final last year.

Before going on to win the final against Inter Milan, the French club knocked Arsenal out of the competition in the previous round, winning 3-1 on aggregate.

Therefore, Arsenal will have the chance to not only get one back over the 2025 champions, but also to win their first-ever Champions League trophy when they arrive in Budapest at the end of the month.

And it's safe to say that Arsenal fans are confident that they will be the ones to come away with the win in the final, after they identified one player as a weakness in the PSG team that Saka can exploit when he faces his dream opponent.
