From Gianluigi Buffon, Andre Iniesta to Lionel Messi. Alexandre Lacazette's dream XI is absolutely absurd.

During a social media outing with Eurosport, Lacazette revealed his ultimate side which includes past legends as well as players he's played with and against.

The prolific striker opted for the legendary Italian keeper between the sticks. Buffon helped his side clinch an impressive league and cup double last season but failed to get his hands on the coveted Champions League after losing to Real Madrid in the final.

His 21 clean sheets from last season only underlines the ability he possess even at 39.

Fellow Juventus star Dani Alves fills the right-back slot with Brazilian compatriot Marcelo on the other flank. Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos and Frenchman Samuel Umtiti (??) are in the heart of his defence.

More Barcelona and Real Madrid associated icons make up the midfield in Zinedine Zidane, Ronaldinho and Iniesta.

After winning the Champions League as a player, Zidane has now won back-to-back titles as a manager and rightfully has a spot within Lacazette's team.

Finally, the 26-year-old has forged a deadly attacking trident which comprises of Arsenal hero Thierry Henry, (original) Ronado with Messi completing the terrifying attack.

As a result, Atletico are unable to register new players ahead of the new domestic and European season.

But Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool, to name but a few, are also keeping tabs on him.
