A Spurs fan has gone viral after posting a video of him at the Emirates for Arsenal's shock 3-3 draw with Southampton.

The Gunners dropped points for the third game on the trot against the Premier League's bottom club to give Manchester City even more hope in the title race.

A horrific start saw Mikel Arteta's men find themselves 2-0 down after goals from Carlos Alcaraz and former Arsenal forward Theo Walcott.

Gabriel Martinelli pulled one back but then Southampton restored their two-goal lead through Duje Caleta Car.

Arsenal did strike twice late on through Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka to rescue a point but there was a feeling of deflation and disappointment.

Yet one supporter in the home end absolutely loved what he saw. Tottenham fan @DermotThfc was in attendance and posted a video of him lapping up the scenes, with the caption, "Had to be there to witness the biggest bottlejob in history".

Although it was a little rich given the failings of the team he supports, the lad was even wearing his Spurs shirt and brought the badge right up to the camera before letting out a fist pump.

The clip has been viewed over 170,00 times on Twitter as Dermot stated he "can’t turn down a free ticket".

Arsenal are now five points clear at the top of the table but City, who are in FA Cup semi-final action against Sheffield United on Saturday, have two games in hand.

They still have to face both Brighton and West Ham - though only the latter fixture has a confirmed date of May 3.

And with City's continued involvement in the Champions League, where they play Real Madrid in the semi-finals, it could be difficult to squeeze that Brighton fixture in.

City meet Arsenal in a huge top of the table clash at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday, with many believing the game will effectively decided the destiny of the title.
