Fans are all saying the same thing about Arsenal's 3-3 draw with Southampton

Fans are all saying the same thing about Arsenal's 3-3 draw with Southampton

Arsenal dropped points against Southampton.

Arsenal have been accused of 'bottling' the Premier League title following their dramatic draw against Southampton on Friday.

Arsenal came from two goals down to draw 3-3 against Southampton, earning a big point as they keep their title hopes alive.

Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka scored in the 88th and 90th minute in a thrilling sequence.

But rival fans and even some Arsenal supporters reckon Mikel Arteta's team have 'bottled' the league, having failed to beat a team who are rooted to the bottom of the league.

One Twitter user wrote: "Arsenal dropping points for the 3 game in a row. This bottle job is extraordinary, totally euphoric."

A second tweeted: "No bottle, no ownership. Same shit every year. All excited for this season GONE in the space of 12 days."

A third added: "So Arsenal went out of Europa league, FA cup, Carabao cup just to bottle the league."

A fourth commented: "Arsenal who call Spurs 'bottlers' - Bottled top 4 to Spurs last year, bottled 2-0 lead vs Liverpool and West Ham, bottled The Premier League."

A fifth fumed: "Any Arsenal fan celebrating a draw can f**k off and support Spurs A draw against this heap of sh*t is disgusting."

The Gunners have now dropped points in their last three league games, having thrown away two-goal leads against West Ham United and Liverpool, and, of course, drawing at home to Southampton.

They resume their league campaign next Wednesday when they face Manchester City in a potential title-deciding showdown at the Etihad.
