Antonio Rudiger appeared to deliberately boot the ball at Tanguy Ndombele while he was down in a fiery moment during Chelsea vs. Tottenham.

Rudiger's moment of madness was one of the main takeaways from Chelsea's 2-0 victory over Spurs at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.

Ndombele, who entered the fray in the second-half, tried to take on Cesar Azpilicueta before hitting the floor.

And as he hit the deck, Rudiger channeled his inner Ashley Williams by blasting the ball at the Frenchman while he was on the ground.

Shades of Williams' clash with Robin van Persie, and who can forget Sir Alex Ferguson's post-match interview - where he claimed the defender could have killed the Dutchman?!

Well, Rudiger's actions went unpunished, but some fans were outraged. However, some people online also loved the German's sh*thousery.

Rudiger, meanwhile, starred at the back as his side kept a clean sheet, scoring two goals ahead of next week's second leg.

Kai Havertz opened the scoring in the fifth minute, with Ben Davies netting an own-goal in the 34th minute.

The hosts had several other chances to put the tie to bed, but failed to convert any of them - with Timo Werner coming close in the second-half.

The return leg goes down on January 12, with the winner in line to face Arsenal or Liverpool.
