Red Bull have confirmed another replacement for Christian Horner after he was sacked as the team's CEO and team principal.
Horner was relieved of his duties last month after over 20 years at the helm of the Red Bull team.
He was team principal for all of Red Bull's 405 Grands Prix up until his departure, with the Milton Keynes outfit winning eight Drivers' Championship and six Constructors' Championships since its inception ahead of the 2005 season.
It was announced that Horner would be replaced in both roles by Laurent Mekies, who made the step up from Racing Bulls.

According to reports, Horner is currently serving a period of gardening leave until the end of 2025, having been under contract with the team until 2030.
The Daily Mail claimed in July that Horner's lawyers were in negotiations with Red Bull over a settlement for the long-serving team principal.

Red Bull Racing's newest filing on Companies House shows that the team have cut further ties with the Englishman in recent weeks.

A filing uploaded on August 14 shows that Horner had officially resigned as a director.
The 51-year-old had served as a director since March 2007.
On the same day, the team made a separate Companies House filing that confirmed the appointment of Stefan Salzer as a new director.
Who is Red Bull's new director Stefan Salzer?
The Austrian was appointed on July 8 - three days before Horner's sacking was announced - though appears to effectively be his replacement on the board, with Helmut Marko listed as Red Bull Racing's only other current director.

Notably, perhaps, Salzer initially became a director on January 31 earlier this year, but his appointment was terminated a week later on February 4.

Little is known about Salzer, who was born in 1976 and resides in Austria as per the Companies House filing.
He is listed as being the Global Head of HR for Red Bull Racing, though it is unclear what his directorship role will entail.

Salzer is also a director for Red Bull Technology - the holding company for Red Bull's racing operations - with Horner having resigned from that particular role as well.
Salzer will now share duties across Red Bull's four racing companies alongside finance director Alastair Rew and Marko, who appear in the listings of three of the four companies.
