Charles Leclerc's reaction to being asked to stay with Ferrari forever has been revealed.
Leclerc, 28, has been with Ferrari since 2019 and has recorded eight Formula 1 Grand Prix victories so far in his career.
The Monegasque is highly regarded in the F1 paddock, but has been left disappointed by Ferrari's failure to give him a car capable of challenging for a world title.
In 2025, Leclerc failed to win a single race, but did manage to score seven podium finishes in the SF-25.

Due to Ferrari's lack of competitiveness, Leclerc has been linked with a move away from the team.
In recent months, the likes of Mercedes and Aston Martin have both been tipped to sign the 28-year-old.
This week, Leclerc and his teammate Lewis Hamilton have been spotted testing Ferrari's SF-26 ahead of the new campaign.
In a video that has circulated on social media, Ferrari fans, known as the Tifosi, were heard chanting to Leclerc, telling him to stay forever.
As per fans on social media, the chant was translated as: "Charles, don’t ever leave, Charles stay at Ferrari forever, Charles please don’t go away."
In response, the Monegasque said: "That’s a nice one."
The fan responded: "Thank you, Charles. Just for you charles, believe me, just for you."
Reflecting on this week's testing in Barcelona, Leclerc said: "It was nice to be back in the car. Back in a very, very all-new car and very different to what we have been driving so far. For now it’s all about trying to understand if everything is working properly, which it kind of did.
"It’s not the best conditions because it has been a little bit raining this morning but actually we did our programme anyway because we are not focused on performance whatsoever."
He added: "We’re more about looking at all the systems that are new on this car and seeing if everything works as it should. It did, so that’s a positive. Then we will go through slowly our programme."
The 2026 F1 season will kick off in March with the Australian Grand Prix, taking place around Albert Park in Melbourne.
