Fans have been reacting on social media after a Formula 1 team unveiled a new logo ahead of the 2026 season.
In March, the 2026 F1 campaign will begin with the Australian Grand Prix, which will be held at Albert Park in Melbourne.
Ahead of the much-anticipated season opener, teams have been drip-feeding fans with information about their 2026 cars.
For example, Honda, who will provide the engine for Aston Martin, released engine sounds earlier in the month.

Mercedes also did the same, with fans quick to make a comparison between the two manufacturers.
2026 will see major changes made to the sport of F1, with the technical regulations revamped to provide closer battles on track.
There will also be an 11th team, with Cadillac joining the grid, meaning the total number of cars will increase to 22.

On Thursday, Mercedes announced that the team's logo has also been revamped.
Taking to social media, the Brackley-based team posted a video showing the new logo, with a caption that read: "Wake up. New logo just dropped."
Compared to the old logo, the Mercedes badge has now been moved on top of the team name, which remains 'Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 Team'.
However, reacting in the comments section, fans pointed out the fact that there weren't any major changes.
One fan said: "It’s like that time Japan changed their flag."
Another wrote: "Admin has asked you to find the difference…"
A third fan added: "Is the new logo in the room with us?"
But, some fans were impressed, one commented: "Wow, looks great!!"
Someone else wrote: "So clean."
For 2026, Mercedes are many people's pick to be the team to beat.
Speaking last year, George Russell spoke about Mercedes' confidence ahead of the new campaign.
He said: "I mean, ordinarily, 2026 seems like a long time away, but in the world of Formula 1 it’s going to be here tomorrow, and the team are feeling really confident for this era.
"I think you know the experience the team have had, the success in 2014 with the new powertrain, and then obviously the time in Formula E, the work that was done with the [Mercedes-AMG ONE] Hypercar. There are a lot of individuals within HPP [Mercedes High Performance Powertrains] who have got so much experience with this future technology."
Russell continued: "I think that leaves us in a really great place to have a great engine. And the work [Mercedes fuel and lubricant partner] Petronas are doing on the fuel as well is looking really strong. So, on the engine side, I think we’re feeling very confident for that era."
