A Formula 1 team has released new engine sounds ahead of the 2026 campaign.
The 2026 F1 season promises to be a classic, with wholesale changes set to be made to the regulations.
From next year onwards, F1 cars are set to be more agile, which should, in turn, produce better battles on track.
The power unit is also set to be redesigned, with more focus on battery power and the use of advanced sustainable fuels.

In 2026, Aston Martin will move away from Mercedes power units to Honda engines.
Posting on social media, the Honda Racing F1 account gave fans a sneak peek of the 2026 engine sounds.
From the footage, it appeared that the sound could divide opinions when compared to engine sounds from the last few years, with some urging teams to 'make it louder'.
Reacting on social media, one fan said: "Make it louder."
Another tweeted: "Sounds like a weak v6 with 50% of EV power. Bring back 20.000rpm V10’s."
A third fan added: "That actually sounds better than the previous generation of engines it’s got that high pitched sound to it like the older v8/10/12 had."
Someone else wrote: "Weak v6 with a tune of a week v10 and a super cringy hybrid melody."
A fifth commented: "That V6 is singing. If this is the Aston Martin–Honda soundtrack for 2026, crank the volume and take my weekends already."
Another fan said: "Honda banging downshifts are BACK."
Speaking about why Honda chose Aston Martin, Racing Corporation President Koji Watanabe said: "We've always been careful in the partners we select. In this instance, I was very impressed with the team's leadership and with the passion and vision of Executive Chairman Lawrence Stroll. He's very competitive – always with a view to winning. It's very impressive.
"You can see the desire to succeed expressed in the new facilities at the AMR Technology Campus, but also in the way the organisation has been strengthened over the past few years with experienced personnel. The commitment and focus of the team are very strong, and this was very attractive to us. Exciting too."
