Ricky Evans delivered an epic interview after beating James Wade at the 2026 PDC World Darts Championship.
On Monday afternoon, Evans and Wade played out a classic at the Alexandra Palace, London.
Both players missed crucial doubles to win the match before 'Rapid' Evans came through by winning 3-2.
Looking ahead, Evans will take on either Charlie Manby or Adam Sevada.

During the match, one of Evans' darts was deemed illegal after what was described as an 'underarm throw'.
However, that did not bother him as he eventually sealed a dramatic victory.
Speaking after the match, Evans was in fine form as he delivered a brilliant interview with Michael Bridge.
He said: "Imagine coming to the darts and winning 3-0 what is the point? Make it interesting! What is the point of playing boring. I say every year I am weird but I am box office!
"I literally thought you have had your chance, Wadey is going to do it now. But I am still in! Come on! My sister hit that double for me there- We are going there girl, we are going!"
Evans went on to reveal that a change of walk-on song could be on the horizon ahead of his next match.
Having walked out to festive tunes so far in the tournament, Evans stated he will have to think of a new song as he will now return to action after the Christmas break.
