Luke Humphries will seek medical advice on the mark he sustained on his forehead during the World Grand Prix.
Humphries wrapped up his second World Grand Prix title on Sunday after coming back from 3-0 down to beat Gerwyn Price 6-4 at Leicester's Mattioli Arena.
The 31-year-old delivered an outstanding performance to overcome the Welshman, but it wasn't just his on-stage talent that stole the headlines over the seven-day tournament.
Luke Humphries will seek medical advice as he addresses forehead mark again
The scab Humphries sported on his forehead was a huge talking point across the week. 'Cool Hand' initially thought it came from the makeup they used while filming the classic ITV show 'Bullseye' on Tuesday (September 30).

"I did Bullseye filming on Tuesday, woke up Wednesday with a massive rash on the side of my head and it just got worse and worse and then it scabbed over," the world No. 2 confessed after his 2-0 victory over Dave Chisnall last week.
"The only thing I can think of is when you do TV shows, they put makeup on and all these types of things, all these creams.
"I got an allergic reaction to it. Unfortunately, there is no great story to tell; that is what I think it is, but I don't know."
When asked if he felt the scab was a "good luck charm" after winning his second World Grand Prix title, Humphries admitted that he's looking forward to seeing it go and has even suggested it may not be an allergic reaction as he first thought.
"I'm just looking forward to [the scar] going. I've had so much stick and people talking about it all week," he told Oche 180.
"A lot of people have sent me some messages about it, it could be something different to what I think it is, so maybe I'll see the doctor tomorrow.
"I don't think it's anything serious, but it's been a long time now, I'm not sure it's an allergic reaction."

Luke Humphries joins exclusive club after World Grand Prix triumph
Humphries certainly left his mark on the oche at the Mattioli Arena, saving arguably his best performance till last against Price.
After being overpowered by the Welshman in the first three sets, the Leeds-born arrowsmith turned on the magic with 10 180s and 50 per cent on the checkouts (21/42).
He even produced a brilliant 11-darter in the final leg to secure the £150,000 prize and join an exclusive club in the process.
Humphries secured the ninth PDC televised major singles title of his career, and in doing so, became only the fifth player in darts history to win at least nine TV majors after James Wade, Luke Littler, Michael van Gerwen and Phil Taylor.
Wade, who 'Cool Hand' beat in the semi-finals, has 11 to his name, and Littler has recorded 14 triumphs since becoming professional at the end of 2023 during a dominant period.
Van Gerwen and Taylor, meanwhile, are in a league of their own when it comes to TV majors, having recorded 48 and 79, respectively, across their careers.
