Luke Humphries has offered his verdict on an incident that "annoyed" James Wade during the World Grand Prix semi-final showdown.
Humphries became the first player in World Grand Prix history to reach four successive finals with a 5-3 victory over 'The Machine' at Leicester's Mattioli Arena.
'Cool Hand' averaged 96 and smashed in 10 180s to book his place in Sunday's final, but a match that served up brilliance from both players wasn't without controversy.

Luke Humphries shares verdict on fan incident after Huw Ware paused the match
Darts continues to face problems with overzealous spectators. Luke Littler was targeted by sections of the crowd during the World Series of Darts earlier this month.

In fact, Littler's last 16 clash against Nathan Aspinall had to be paused by referee Charlie Corstorphine after warning fans not to whistle at the 19-year-old.
A similar incident happened during the World Grand Prix semi-final between Humphries and Wade. Midway through the fourth set, referee Huw Ware had to briefly pause the match to address the crowd after one person was shouting abuse towards Wade.
"Guys down the front - you're right next to the stage," Ware said over the microphone.
"Please give the players the very best of order while both players are throwing. Thank you."
Wade even pointed directly at the spectator who was giving him abuse, and he was seemingly thrown out of the arena, with Humphries now offering his verdict.
"Someone that was trying to support me I think," Humphries said via Oche 180. "He wasn't shouting when James [Wade] was throwing; maybe he just got a little bit overzealous, trying to get me motivated I think.
"Not when he was throwing, but I think he just annoyed James a little bit, and he just had enough of it, and he just wanted to get him gone.
"I don't think he was doing too much wrong, but if it bothers a player, I'm not going to sit here and try and like get too fussed up about it.
"It didn't really affect me. I think from that set we both played well; he just played really good in it, and I was like, 'bring that bloke back'."
The world No. 2 is now preparing for what promises to be a mouth-watering final against Price on Sunday as he aims to win his second World Grand Prix.

Moments after missing the treble 19 bed, a furious Aspinall was heard shouting "f*** o**" before retrieving his darts. Price, meanwhile, was visibly distracted by the outburst after visiting the oche to throw.
The Manchester-born arrowsmith is likely to receive a fine for the incident. Under Rule 3.14 of the DRA Rule Book, players are prohibited from using or "mouthing" offensive language during match play.
There is no single fixed fine for swearing, as sanctions are determined depending on the circumstances of each case.
