Southampton have completed a double deadline day swoop from Manchester City.

The Premier League Champions have allowed another two teenagers to move to the South Coast on permanent deals.

Samuel Edozie and Juan Larios have become the Saints' newest duo, as Ralph Hasenhuttl continues to build a youthful squad.

Joe Shields, who left Manchester City to become head of senior recruitment at St Mary's, is on course to bring a total of 4 City players to Southampton.

Romeo Lavia and goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu both completed transfers to the Saints earlier this summer, costing over £25 million.

Lavia has had an impressive start to life on the South Coast, scoring his first Premier League goal in a 2-1 win over Chelsea on Wednesday.

Samuel Edozie and Juan Larios are the latest duo to move from the Etihad to St Mary's, with Edozie set to cost between £8 to £10 million.

Meanwhile, Juan Larios will cost the Saints £6 million, according to Jack Gaughan.

Southampton have officially confirmed the signings of the pair, though City retain some 'control' in the futures of the duo.

On Wednesday, Fabrizio Romano revealed that a buy-back clause will be inserted in the contracts of both players, similar to the terms of Romeo Lavia's transfer.

Southampton have had a promising start to the campaign, collecting seven points from their opening five matches.

Edozie moves to St Mary's having made just one senior appearance for the Premier League Champions.

The 19 year-old started Manchester City's 1-0 FA Community Shield loss to Leicester City at Wembley Stadium last year.

The teenager made 12 Premier League 2 appearances for Man City EDS last season.

Meanwhile, Larios featured nine times during the EDS' title winning campaign, and has played four PL2 matches so far this season.

The 18 year-old left-back also featured for Brian Barry-Murphy's side on Tuesday, as they lost 3-2 to Mansfield in the EFL trophy.

The pair become the latest City youngsters to leave the club this summer, with a host of City's young talents either moving on loan or permanent deals.

James McAtee and Tommy Doyle have both moved the Sheffield United on loan, while Luke Mbete has signed for Huddersfield Town, following Manuel Akanji's successful move from Borussia Dortmund to the Etihad.
