Jake Paul has dropped a cryptic post on social media amid rumours over a potential fight against Anthony Joshua.
Ring Magazine's Mike Coppinger reported on Friday morning that a fight between Paul and Joshua was a 'done deal', with a provisional date set for December 19.
Coppinger added that the contest would be fought as a heavyweight fight, rather than an exhibition.
Joshua's promoter, Eddie Hearn, subsequently confirmed that he had been approached by Paul's Most Valuable Promotions and, while Joshua would be willing to accept a fight on the right terms, nothing had been agreed yet.

Hearn told Sky Sports last week: "I think if there is any chance of that fight happening next week, you'll probably hear about it. It's not done, despite rumours. We have had an approach from MVP. I have my doubts.
"I mean, if he [Paul] would be crazy enough to entertain that, we would be willing to oblige, in all honesty."
Were the fight to officially take place, Paul would of course be a significant underdog.

The 28-year-old defeated former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr earlier this year, but Joshua would be an undoubted major step up in quality.
Now, Paul has dropped a cryptic post to his Twitter account amid suggestions that the fight may not be happening after all.
He simply posted a series of laughter text - with the post racking up over one million views in the 12 hours since it was made.

Saudi boxing chief Turki Alalshikh, meanwhile, has confirmed that Joshua is slated to fight in Saudi Arabia in February 2026 - two months after the reported proposed date for his bout against Paul.
"We will have Joshua in our country in February," Alalshikh told DAZN on Saturday. "Next year, we have two big events in London, which will be a surprise.
"There is the big fight, one of the greatest fights in the history of boxing in London, maybe in September."
