Jake Paul has posted an X-ray to social media showing the injuries he sustained during his loss to Anthony Joshua while also teasing his next opponent.
Early into the bout, it was obvious that Paul’s tactics were to avoid getting hit by the powerful Joshua, and despite hardly landing a blow of his own on the Brit, the American evaded his opponent’s power shots throughout the early exchanges in Miami.
AJ appeared frustrated as Paul refused to commit and engage until round five, when the former two-time unified world heavyweight champion knocked ‘The Problem Child’ down twice.
After taking a minute to try and recover in between rounds, the 28-year-old was floored once more in round six and could not beat the referee’s count, handing Joshua his 29th professional victory in 33 bouts.

Meanwhile, Paul’s record was altered to 12-2, with his other defeat coming against Tyson Fury’s brother Tommy back in 2023.

The 28-year-old’s performance was hardly a classic display of boxing skill, but given the fact that most experts predicted a first-round knockout, several fans and even professional boxers have voiced their respect for the American following the bout - including British fighter Chris Eubank Junior, who claimed that “you have to give that man his respect now”.
Shortly after the bout, Most Valuable Promotions chief Nakisa Bidarian said that Paul had gone to hospital with a suspected broken jaw.
"We think he broke his jaw. But he's fine," Bidarian said.
"He took a shower, he drove himself to hospital. A broken jaw is very common in sports, particularly in boxing or MMA. The recovery time is four to six weeks."
Meanwhile, ‘The Problem’ Child also claimed that he was considering taking a “break” from boxing after “going hard for six years”.

But in typical Paul fashion, he now appears to be looking at what he can achieve next.
In an X post, the YouTuber-turned-boxer revealed the full extent of his injuries by posting an X-ray, which clearly shows he sustained a double broken jaw.
And despite nursing an injury that will take some time to heal, Paul has set his sights on a potential bout with one of the greatest boxers of the last two decades.
Accompanying his post, Paul wrote: "Double broken jaw. Give me Canelo in 10 days.”
Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez, who has previously held 16 world titles, is widely considered to be one of the pound-for-pound greatest Mexican boxers of all time and boasts an impressive record of 63-3-2 having lost to Terence Crawford last time out in September of this year.
It is unclear if Canelo would be willing to fight Paul, given the fact that he remains in the world title picture.
