Floyd Mayweather has continued to prosper financially following his retirement, as rumours grow of another exhibition bout.

The American is one of the greatest boxers of all time, retiring in 2017 with an undefeated record across his 50 fights.

He has continued to step into the ring for a series of exhibition bouts, including fights against YouTubers Logan Paul and Deji Olatunji.

Now, there is growing speculation that he could be set to face his old rival Manny Pacquiao once again.

The pair famously met in 2015 in Las Vegas, when Mayweather produced an outstanding defensive performance to defeat Pacquiao by unanimous decision.

Pacquiao has now claimed that Mayweather's camp are "in negotiations" over a potential rematch in Las Vegas.

He told Seconds Out: "It depends on whether we can understand each other. My people and his people [are] directly co-ordinating. It's very interesting because, right now, I don't have a shoulder problem."

Pacquiao added: "I'm sure the world of boxing will be excited if the rematch will push through. He has his own decision so I cannot prevent him from fighting Mike Tyson."

Mayweather is also reportedly set to fight another of boxing's biggest names next year, former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson.

Tyson has taken part in several exhibition matches since retiring from professional boxing in 2005, most recently fighting YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul.

Although Tyson lost that contest by unanimous decision, the fight was a huge commercial success.

Given the huge global appeal of both fighters, a Mayweather versus Tyson bout would likely be another huge pay day for both men if it goes ahead next year.

According to The Mirror, Mayweather is believed to have earned £890 million during his career, and now has an estimated net worth of £296 million.

One of the ways he continues to grow his fortune is through his involvement with the Celebrity Talent website.

The platform allows individuals and companies to book Mayweather to "speak to appear or appear at a corporate event, fundraiser, private party, social media campaign, fair or festival, tradeshow or conference, endorsement project."

The minimum fee to hire the boxer legend starts at $500,000 and can rise to $749,000.

However, that amount is not guaranteed to be enough to secure him for an event.

The website notes that recent changes in demand can cause a price fluctuation, potentially pushing the cost even higher.

It also makes clear that anyone hoping to book Mayweather should have a budget of at least half a million dollars for him to even consider the offer.
