Famous bodybuilder Calum von Moger is fighting for his life after reportedly falling from a second storey window.

It's understood the former Mr Universe severely injured his spine and also sustained a number of cuts across his body during the fall.

He has since undergone surgery and has been placed in an induced coma.

According to the Daily Mail, friends of von Moger have claimed that he was under the influence of drugs at the time of the incident, although this has not been confirmed by authorities yet.

When news broke of the Aussie's condition, fans flocked to social media to wish him a speedy recovery and pay tribute.

Fellow bodybuilder and Youtuber Nick Trigilli took to his own YouTube channel to have his say on the matter.

"Calum is hitting a rough spot," Trigilli said.

"I hope this is rock bottom for him and he can get his life back."

Just last week, von Moger made a heartfelt social media post after reports emerged that he'd been kicked out of his family home Down Under

"Everyone has a past. We've all been through hard times. I admit, I messed up bad many times," he wrote via Instagram.

"But I don't care about dwelling on negative thoughts of the past. All I care about is that I learn from my mistakes and become a better person.

"The positive achievements I've done in my life far outweigh the muck-ups I had along the way.

"All I can ask is for your forgiveness so I can keep moving forward on the right path again."

von Moger has a huge social media presence with over 3 million followers on Instagram alone.

A three-time Mr Universe winner, he is best known for his role as a young Arnold Schwarzenegger in film 'Bigger'.

The Australian also has his own documentary titled 'Calum von Moger: Unbroken' which was released on Netflix back in 2019.

But it was a year later when the bodybuilder truly won over the hearts of so many Aussies when he started a GoFundMe which raised more than $40,000 for devastating bushfire relief efforts.
