Dustin Poirier got the last laugh against Conor McGregor at UFC 264 - and so did his wife, it seems.

While the Irishman was conducting his post-fight interview with Joe Rogan after breaking his leg in the very first round of their bout, Poirier's partner Jolie was seen flipping him off while exiting the octagon.

The brilliant response was captured by one of the cameras and eagle-eyed fans quickly screenshotted it and threw it up on social media where it spread like wildfire.

We're not quite sure whether McGregor actually saw the bird itself, although he did appear to get quite heated while exchanging a few words with Poirier.

Jolie's anger with her husband's rival arrives after former dual-division champion McGregor taunted them both during the UFC 264 press conference.

In a bid to get under Poirier's skin during the fiery exchange, McGregor decided to mock the American's wife with a couple of below-the-belt remarks.

"Your wife is your husband, you're only a little b***h of a thing, a silly little hillbilly," McGregor said.

He then began chanting: "Jolie's wife, Jolie's wife, Jolie's wife."

McGregor also fired shots at the couple by posting an screenshot online of an alleged DM he received from Jolie, which he also mentioned during his post-fight chat with Rogan.

As Poirier and his team left the cage, McGregor shouted: "Your wife is in my DMs, hey baby, hit me back up I'll chat to you later on, I'll be at the after-party; The Wynn night club."

An appropriate time to then flip the bird? We think so.

Either way, judging by Dana White's immediate reaction after the event, it looks like this probably won't be the last time Jolie and Conor come face-to-face.

The UFC president admitted a fourth fight could be on the cards with Poirier in line to challenge Charles Oliviera for the lightweight title next.

As for McGregor, he'll be sidelined for quite some time following his awful leg break - but you can probably take a wild guess at who he'll want to fight in his comeback.

"This is not over," he said.
