Vince McMahon turns 76 next month but he really is out here proving that age is just a number.

The WWE chairman's personal trainer, Michael A. Monteforte, has shared footage of him pumping some iron in the gym with AC/DC blasting through the speakers and his form is quite ridiculous.

McMahon had three plates on each side but made the leg exercise look incredibly easy thanks to his superhuman strength.

"The Boss Showing how it's done... All the way down in the hole with 3 plates each side, He's a Bad Mammerjammer!" Monteforte wrote on Instagram.

Reacting to the video, former WWE superstar-turned-producer Tyson Kidd described McMahon as a "Once in a generation type human" and it's hard to disagree.

Monteforte works incredibly closely with the billionaire wrestling promoter and has posted plenty of images and videos of them in the gym.

Because of the demanding schedule he has, McMahon normally does his workouts in the early hours of the morning.

Speaking on the Hollywood Raw podcast, WWE's Big E said: "He has a personal trainer and this poor guy.

"We have these long drives, pre-pandemic, and we'll get in around two or three in the morning and his personal trainer has been standing outside the whole time waiting for him because he'll come in and work out after shows and after long drives.

"This man is not in his 20s, he's in his 70s. He is working out hard. He's a meathead in a way and lifting heavy. It's crazy."

On Friday night, McMahon made a rare on-screen appearance when WWE had their first live full-capacity show for over a year.

Strutting out to a thunderous ovation in Houston, he asked the 15,00 fans, "Where the hell have you been?!" before walking off.
