WWE's verdict on Paul Heyman's controversial incident with a young fan at Survivor Series on Saturday has emerged.
The Premium Live Event, the very last in the decorated career of John Cena, took place at Petco Park in San Diego and saw two traditional War Games matches.
In the main event, Heyman's faction The Vision, accompanied by his long-time client Brock Lesnar, Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre, triumphed over CM Punk, Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes and The Usos after interference from a masked figure.
Heyman and his team had a euphoric celebration afterwards but 'The Oracle' was involved in a moment which went viral on social media.

While making his way to the back following a post-show media obligation, the 60-year-old was seen walking with Paul behind him.

In footage which circulated online, an excited young fan wearing a Cena shirt ran towards the former ECW owner and looked to meet him.
But Heyman, who is known for remaining in character at all times, was not having it and promptly shoved the youngster away before making his way
The clip caused a huge stir amongst wrestling fans, with some extremely critical of Heyman's conduct.

Many wondered whether the WWE Hall of Famer would find himself in trouble as a result of the incident. But on Monday, Sean Ross Sapp reported that WWE were not angry with Heyman and instead there was "more heat" on the security who did not quite do their job properly.
"I'm told by WWE sources there was no real heat on Paul Heyman pushing a child out of his way at Survivor Series," the journalist wrote on X.
"There was more heat on security for allowing anyone to get to him."
Lesnar's surprise post-match gesture
While Heyman did not have any time for the fans, surprisingly that was not the case with Lesnar.

Despite developing a reputation for not liking socialising with people, the Beast Incarnate broke character after Survivor Series went off the air.
Footage showed Lesnar shaking hands with fans who were near the barricade in an extremely rare instance.
Showing aa little more personality than he did previously, the moment follows on from Lesnar laughing after slipping during his entrance on Raw just days before.
SPORTbible has approached WWE for comment.
