Former WWE wrestler Jonathan Good, famously known as Dean Ambrose has been charged with a civil lawsuit by a production crew member working on AEW where he currently performs under the ring name Jon Moxley.
The company, All Elite Wrestling, has also been charged in the lawsuit by a staff member, who had been working for the organisation since 2019.
Christopher Dispensa, a production crew member, filed the lawsuit against the parties for an incident that occurred on AEW Dynamite in 2023.

The lawsuit was filed on 30 May and alleges various degrees of negligence by AEW and Moxley, alongside civil assault and battery. 39-year-old Moxley is currently the AEW champion and there has been no reports about him being suspended yet.

Moxley allegedly caused severe injuries to production staff
The former WWE wrestler has had a great run with AEW with four championships to his name, but the lawsuit claims he has had a history of disciplinary issues in the company.

But reporting on the lawsuit, the Takedown on SI says it has been told by sources that they were unaware of any incidents.
As part of WWE, Ambrose was one of the best wrestlers and left the company in 2019 due to disputes with Vince MacMahon.
According to the Lawsuit: "Past disciplinary offenses by [Moxley] include a documented history of unpredictability as well as a lack of control by Defendant AEW, all of which were known or should have been known to Defendant AEW at the time of this assault.”
Dispensa's injury came when Moxley faced Kenny Omega in a steel cage match on the May 10, 2023 edition of AEW Dynamite in Detroit, Michigan.
The lawsuit claims Moxley was supposed to only grab the screwdriver but Dispensa took an unplanned fall as a result of being shoved by the wrestler.

This resulted in Dispensa suffering severe neck and shoulder injuries leading to needing multiple surgeries, according to the lawsuit.
The former production crew member's legal team said he is looking to obtain compensation for injuries suffered due to actions of the wrestler and the company he worked for at the time of the incident.
His team claim Dispensa is not only seeking compensation for physical injuries but also for mental and emotional anxiety, among all the other damages.
The company have not yet released an official statement, but Takedown have reported that a status conference for the lawsuit is currently scheduled for August 29.

Moxley is scheduled to defend the AEW World Championship against “Hangman” Adam Page at AEW All In on July 12.
