Tom Brady is reportedly in talks to make a surprise appearance at WrestleMania this year amid his feud with a current WWE star.

Over the years, WrestleMania has welcomed several of the biggest names outside of wrestling to be involved with the event, with the likes of Snoop Dogg, Muhammad Ali and even US President Donald Trump featuring.

Therefore, when WrestleMania 42 takes place in Las Vegas on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19 all eyes will be on the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada to see which stars show up.

CM Punk will defend Raw's World Heavyweight Championship against Royal Rumble winner Roman Reigns in the main fight of the weekend, but it'll likely not be the most dramatic clash of the evening.

That's because NFL legend Brady is reportedly in talks to make a stunning appearance at WrestleMania, amid his recent public spat with Logan Paul.

Ahead of the Flag Football Classic event, where the two men played on opposite teams, Brady hit out at Paul, describing the WWE as 'cute.'

"You know, all their stuff is so cute and scripted, and they know what’s going on," Brady said.

"In a football game, you don’t know, so they wouldn’t get near me. Plus, if I had a good offensive line, they’ll punch those guys right in the throat and they’d be probably crying."

Paul lashed out at the comments with a fake apology video, building tension and leading to rumours that the pair could meet again at WrestleMania next month.

Speaking on a recent episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, veteran pro-wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer claimed that the pair were clearing working an angle for the WWE, revealing that negotiations for WrestleMania are already underway,

"From what I have been told, they are in negotiations for Tom Brady," Meltzer claimed.

"But there’s absolutely not a deal at this point.

"So it could happen, obviously Logan Paul and Tom Brady are working, everyone knows they’re working the angle I think people have seen that coming in, but there could be something in some form at WrestleMania.

"It would not be a surprise and what they did in the (flag) football game was clearly to build it, all the talk of Tom Brady cutting down pro-wrestlers and all the wrestlers responding, that is all storyline.

"That is not, 'Tom Brady’s a d*** and he doesn’t respect pro wrestling.'"

Not only would Brady appearing at WrestleMania 42 make perfect sense given his feud with Paul, but the venue also boosts the chances of the seven-time Super Bowl champion showing up.

That's because the event will take place at Allegiant Stadium, home to the Las Vegas Raiders - the NFL team that Brady owns a minority stake in.
