An update on the condition of the wrestler allegedly attacked by Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson's son has been issued by a fellow performer on the show.
25-year-old Raja Jackson, son of the former UFC fighter, put independent star Syko Stu in hospital after entering the ring and slamming him to the mat before unloading more than 20 punches while the wrestler was unmoved on the canvas.
Other wrestlers rushed in after the attack when the damage had already been done. Acclaimed wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer said it was "maybe the worst thing I've ever seen in a ring".
The shocking incident, which happened in front of families and children at the Knokx Pro Wrestling event in Los Angeles, California, was livestreamed by Jackson on his Kick platform and quickly went viral online.
According to both The New York Times and TMZ, Los Angeles Police Department have opened an investigation into the incident amid calls for Jackson to be arrested.

He stated that Stu, real name Stuart Smith, was "awake and stable".
Douglas Malo, who was part of the pack of wrestlers who attempted to stop Jackson from causing any further punishment, confirmed that he had regained consciousness and was talking.
However, he told USA Today that Smith, a former US war veteran, lost "a lot of teeth" and broke bones in his face as a result.
A concerned Malo said Smith "was choking on his own blood and teeth".
Andrew Smith, brother of the wrestler in question, said he was "stable but in critical care" in a post shared on Facebook.
The promotion Knokx Pro Wrestling, who are affiliated with WWE through its 'ID' programme, slammed Jackson's "selfish, irresponsible act of violence" and said "his egregious act is reprehensible and never should have occurred".
What caused Jackson's attack on pro wrestler?
Jackson had been streaming backstage at the show and proceeded to get into an altercation with Smith while the wrestler was "working" and in character.
Smith, ring name Syko Stu, clashed with Jackson ahead of the event. Image credit: Kick He struck the MMA fighter with a beer can on the side of his head but after he was informed Jackson was "not a worker" - he issued an apology which was captured on stream and appeared to be accepted.
It was decided that Jackson would become part of the match and perform a run-in. Jackson was heard boasting about looking to "get my lick back" after Andre Joel Hudson, another wrestler, urged him to give Smith a "receipt" and exact revenge.
While sat in the front row, an angry Jackson told the stream he was "gonna hit him as many times as I can" and did just by completely ignoring the planned spot.
He was escorted from the venue and later had an on-stream phone call with a man said to be Hudson, who told him that Smith was "flatline" in the ring.
In response, Jackson simply said, "My bad" and is facing strong calls to be prosecuted for his antics.
