Cody Rhodes has revealed his reaction to an "absurd"made by a doctor who checked over his nasty injury suffered at WrestleMania 42.
The American Nightmare competed in yet another main event on the big stage, defending his WWE title against mentor Randy Orton at the Allegiant Stadium.
With Pat McAfee in Orton's corner, the odds were stacked against Rhodes but he got a helping hand from music megastar Jelly Roll, who took the former NFL punter out of the equation with a splash through the table.
McAfee did return with a referee shout for a two-count when Orton hit an RKO, but he then proceeded to do his finishing move on the ESPN sports analyst - which led to Rhodes picking up the win.

However, Rhodes did not emerge without his fair share of battle scars after being attacked and punted by Orton.
Battered and bruised, Rhodes' eye was heavily swollen to the point where it was almost shut and there were immediately worries about whether he would remain fit and available for WWE in the coming weeks.
One report claimed that he would be out "indefinitely" following the injury.

A planned appearance at WWE world, the company's fan convention, was cancelled.
However, Rhodes appeared on Monday Night Raw at the T-Mobile Arena with a black eye and a couple of days later, he visited a doctor to get a verdict on the severity of his injury.
Taking to Instagram, the WWE champion revealed an encouraging yet bizarre update on his situation.
Rhodes said: "'You won’t lose the eye…’ has to be the most positive yet absurd thing I’ve ever heard in a doctors office".
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Rhodes was placed in concussion protocol by WWE as a precautionary measure.
But fortunately it was confirmed that he had not suffered an orbital injury, which would have likely led to a lengthy lay-off and a relinquishing of his title.
He did, however, have to have three stitches in his eye.
Four-time WWE champion Rhodes has been one of the most popular superstars in the wrestling business ever since he returned at WrestleMania 38 and a mainstay on the programme.
His only prolonged absence was when he tore his pectoral muscle and proceeded to wrestle with extreme bruising in his Hell in a Cell match with Seth Rollins before undergoing surgery which kept him out until the 2023 Royal Rumble.
