Logan Paul Turns Up On WWE Raw To Announce WrestleMania Fight

The YouTuber and occasional boxer turned up to deliver some punishment to Rey Mysterio's son Dominic Mysterio and will face them at Mania.

Logan Paul is set to compete at WrestleMania 38, after the YouTuber and occasional boxer turned up on WWE Raw on Monday night.

On WWE's flagship weekly show last night the 26-year-old was announced as The Miz's new tag-team partner, after the former WWE champion had previously teased a new partner.

It was the Miz who told his current rivals, father and son team Rey and Dominic Mysterio, that Paul would be his partner and they would be taking on the legendary family at Mania.

After coming out to a chorus of boos, possibly as the crowd were hoping for Cody Rhodes to appear, having left AEW last week, the social media star made his way to the ring.

Things broke down from there with a fight breaking out between the four men, which was hardly a surprise, and Paul and his new partner got the better of things.

The boxer helped Miz hit his finisher, the Skull Crushing Finale, to the older Mysterio before Paul showed off his own prowess by hitting the move on Dominic.

This year's WrestleMania will be held over two days, on April 2nd and 3rd, and it's the third year in-a-row that WWE have held the Showcase of the Immortals over two nights.

The difference this year to the previous two is that it will be the first multiple day event for Mania where the stadium will be at full attendance.

Two years ago the show was held at the WWE Performance Centre behind closed doors, last year it was at Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Raymond James Stadium but it was only at around half capacity.

This year's event takes place at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas, but it won't be announced which night he will be competing just yet.

It isn't the first time that Logan will be stepping inside a WWE ring, with the YouTuber at last year's Mania, although things didn't work out for him.

At the event in Florida he was in Sami Zayn's corner, as the WWE Superstar took on long time frenemy Kevin Owens, with KO delivering a stunner to Paul at the end of the match.

The Miz is no stranger to being in the ring with a celebrity either, having taken on Latin rap superstar Bad Bunny at WrestleMania 37.

Zayn will also once again taste the celebrity match lifestyle at this year's event, as he is rumoured to be taking on Jackass star Johnny Knoxville.
