Manchester United take on Brighton and Hove Albion at Old Trafford on Sunday, in their first Premier League game of the season.
Erik ten Hag will be looking to kickstart his United career with all three points against the Seagulls.
Here is a look at how both teams are shaping up ahead of the Old Trafford season opener.
Manchester United
Alex Telles will be unavailable for the fixture and any further this season, as he has sealed his move to Sevilla on a season long loan from United, with Sevilla paying his wages in full.
There are still question marks surrounding the future of Cristiano Ronaldo, with the player seemingly keen to leave United. Despite wanting to leave he should be available for Sunday’s clash against Brighton with no move materialising yet.

However, it does seem unlikely that the Portuguese striker will start, since he has not trained much, and has only played 45 minutes in pre-season. Yet, his latest Instagram post might suggest otherwise.
Ten Hag was cryptic when asked if the no.7 would start on the weekend, "We will see on Sunday," he answered.
According to rumours, the man who was meant to be leading the line for United on Sunday was Anthony Martial. The France international has been in scintillating form for the Red Devils over pre-season, however, it has since been revealed that Martial is currently suffering from a hamstring injury, and will not feature in the match.

United must wait on the fitness of Uruguay winger Facundo Pellistri. The 20-year-old went off with an injury in United’s penultimate pre-season game against Atletico Madrid in Oslo last Saturday and there has been no update on his status since.
Jadon Sancho and Luke Shaw also missed the game against Atleti and Vallecano due to illness – Shaw did not travel with the squad, and Sancho fell ill on the morning of the game. Both were pictured in training images on Thursday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Ten Hag has confirmed that both Lisandro Martinez and Christian Eriksen will be available to start on Sunday.
Brighton
Graham Potter’s Brighton side have lost two of their most important players during the summer transfer window, with midfielder Yves Bissouma leaving the Seagulls to join Tottenham for a fee of around £26 million.
Meanwhile, left-back Marc Cucurella has moved to Chelsea for a fee exceeding £50 million, he featured against Everton in the Blues' 1-0 win yesterday.
Poland international Jakub Moder continues his road to recovery from a cruciate injury.

He suffered an ACL injury at the start of April and will be unavailable for this Sunday’s game.
The fixture will take place on Sunday 7 August, at 14:00 BST, with Erik ten Hag looking to get his side back to winning ways during his first competitive fixture at Old Trafford.
Manchester United played six pre-season fixtures, winning three, drawing two and losing one.
