Tony Ferguson might have some competition for the craziest training routine deployed by a UFC fighter after seeing the work Sean O'Malley does in the gym.

O'Malley was recently in the Octagon for UFC 250 and produced a stunning walk-off KO at the hands of veteran Eddie Wineland just 1 minute and 54 seconds into the round.

The 25-year old stated he believes he has the best striking in the UFC today but O'Malley has so much more in his locker, as his training regime shows.

In order to work on and improve every single area of his craft, 'the Suga Show' partakes in a quite ridiculous circuit that has a very diverse to say the least.

As seen in the following clip, he starts off by testing his reactions by throwing a tennis ball against the wall before advancing on to a variety of jumping strikes on three different punch-bags.

He then takes down a mannequin with a spear, works on his elusiveness from grounded positions, jumps against the padded walls and finishes off with a spot of cycling and a final roll.

It's a crazy and demanding sequence but O'Malley looks like he's ready for another few more repetitions.

After being on the sidelines for two years following two USADA suspensions, O'Malley has got himself back on track in 2020.

Spending a combined 3 minutes 56 seconds in the Octagon in 2020, he has knocked out both Jose Quinonez and Wineland, which prompted ESPN's panel to make him the unanimous hottest UFC prospect.

He's now been confirmed for a third fight at UFC 252 next month, with O'Malley quite possibly needing his unique training methods as preparation for a bout with Marlon Vera.
