Jake Paul's 'drive by' attack on Dillon Danis has been accused of being 'staged' after new footage of the incident released online.

Paul's threw water balloons at Danis, close friend of UFC megastar Conor McGregor, on Tuesday and the only footage that existed came straight from Paul.

Danis was filming "Below the Belt" with Brendan Schaub at the time and Schaub shared a video of his perspective.

What he probably didn't bank on however was showing Danis laughing while attempting to sell a fight himself.

Danis returned to his interview after the attack and said: "I don't know what it was, I think it was a water balloon.

"I was going to try and jump on that truck but I couldn't get it. I was so close. I wish he would've got out.

"Can we go find them now? Do you have a car?"

While the Bellator man expressed his frustration at Paul's antics, many fans aren't buying the confrontation as legit.

Paul wasn't done there when it came to Danis however.

The 23-year-old called Danis' girlfriend Savanna Montano who slammed the YouTuber for being a 'f***ing loser'.

It has to be assumed the endgame in all of this for Paul is a fight with Danis' friend McGregor, having filmed a controversial callout video on Monday.

Do you think Jake Paul's beef with Dillon Danis is totally legit?
