Dana White has confirmed that two UFC mega-fights have been booked and the promotion is eyeing up a third blockbuster clash in 2020.

Speaking to BT Sport, the UFC president refused to mince his words on the long-awaited return of Conor McGregor to the octagon.

When he was asked if UFC had booked McGregor vs Donald Cerrone for next year, White responded: "It's done. That deal's done. Yah, yah.

"That's happening January 18th here in Las Vegas."

McGregor's fierce rival Khabib Nurmagomedov is scheduled to clash with Tony Ferguson on 18th April 2020 in New York.

When White was asked if UFC had booked the hotly-anticipated fight, he responded: "Fight's done. That fight's done. It's happening."

And the UFC chief dropped a bombshell that the MMA promotion would push ahead with a rematch for Khabib vs McGregor should the respective fighters win their next matches.

"If Conor can get through 'Cowboy' and if Khabib can get through Tony, then we'll be looking at a rematch with Conor and Khabib down the line here pretty soon," he explained.

McGregor, 31, has been out of the octagon since his devastating defeat to Khabib at UFC 229 in October 2018.

But the Irish MMA superstar announced in October that he would make his sensational return to UFC next year.

McGregor has continued to keep his rivalry with Khabib alive since their blockbuster clash and even called for a rematch in the UFC lightweight champ's native homeland of Russia.

According to reports, the 'Notorious' is eyeing up three fights as part of his UFC comeback in 2020.

McGregor will clash with Cerrone at welterweight before setting up a match with Jorge Masvidal or Nate Diaz in the spring or summer.

And the 31-year-old Irishman reportedly wants the Khabib rematch to take place at the end of 2020 in Moscow.
