Jannik Sinner has further cemented his place in the GOAT debate in 2026, but how much money has he made in his record-breaking year?
Heading into the 2026 tennis season, fans were already aware just how special Sinner was, but not many expected him to achieve all that he has so far this year.
Most recently, the 24-year-old claimed the Italian Open title after beating Casper Ruud 6-4, 6-4 in the final, while his home crowd in Rome showered him with adoration.
In doing so, Sinner continued his impressive win streak at ATP Masters tournaments that dates all the way back to the Paris Masters at the end of 2025.

Of course, the win also means Sinner took home yet another big payday with the winner of the Italian Open picking up a €1,007,165 (£877,074) cheque.
But how much money has Sinner made this year, and where does that place him in the all-time career earnings list?
Jannik Sinner's 2026 earnings revealed
We aren't even halfway into 2026 and Sinner has already earned a stunning amount of money thanks to his performances on the court alone.
His victory in Rome means that the Italian has now earned around £5million from tournaments in the last 137 days alone.
Unsurprisingly, that places Sinner right at the top of the list for earnings this year so far, with close rival Carlos Alcaraz behind having earned under £3.5m despite being sidelined by injury for several weeks.
So far this year, only four players have surpassed £1.5m in earnings, with Alexander Zverev (£2.3m) and Daniil Medvedev (£1.7m) following the two highest-ranked players in the world.

And as he heads into the next major of 2026 at Rolland Garros in late May, Sinner will have another chance to add a huge amount to his earnings with the winner of the French Open picking up £2.4m.
Should he do so, Sinner will move much further up the all-time career earnings rankings, as he currently sits just behind British tennis legend Andy Murray in sixth place.
Throughout his impressive career, Sinner has secured around £48.17m in all-time prize money, with Murray just slightly ahead with around £48.44m.
Alcaraz has about £48.67m in total prize money and sits in fourth place in the all-time list.
Unsurprisingly, Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic top the list, with the Serbian on top with £144.6m.
Which records did Sinner break at the Italian Open?
During his run at the Italian Open, Sinner broke Djokovic's record of successive wins in ATP Masters matches with his quarter-final win over Andrey Ruble taking him to 34 successive matches.
Sinner is now also the only player in history to win six consecutive Masters 1000 titles across two seasons (Paris 2025 to Rome 2026), and five in a row from the start of a single calendar year (Indian Wells to Rome).
His next record came as he became the first player ever to win three consecutive Masters 1000 titles on hard courts (Paris 2025, Indian Wells, Miami 2026) immediately followed by three on clay (Monte Carlo, Madrid, Rome 2026).
Winning the three clay competitions in the same calendar year means Sinner matches Rafael Nadal's feat in 2010 as the only players ever to achieve this milestone.
And winning all nine active Masters 1000 tournaments at just 24 years old, sees him smash Djokovic’s record of doing so at 31.
Finally, through his 34-match winning streak SInner boasts a stunning 95.7% set win rate, 66 out of 69 sets, something that no other player in the Open Era has ever done.
