Iga Swiatek gave a blunt response to questions from a US Open reporter after losing her quarter-final in straight sets to Amanda Anisimova.
Number eight seed Anisimova avenged her Wimbledon final defeat to Swiatek - which saw her fail to win a game - in stunning fashion in New York on Wednesday night.
The 24-year-old secured a 6-4 6-3 victory to book her place in the semi-final against Naomi Osaka.

It was a relatively surprise defeat for Swiatek, who won the Cincinnati Open last month without losing a set in the build-up to the tournament.
In fact, the Pole had only lost one singles match - at the Canadian Open on August 3 - since her Wimbledon triumph.
But just a month after her superb three-set victory over Aryna Sabalenka to reach the Wimbledon final, Anisimova produced another of the finest performances of her career to defeat the world number two.
During her post-match media conference, a reporter asked Swiatek about how 'tired' she is given the amount of tennis that has been played in recent weeks.
After a lengthy pause, she replied: "Well... I don't know. It's not like my matches were exhausting here."

When asked whether she needed a 'mental break', Swiatek asked: "Why would you say that?"
"I just wondered," the reporter said. "It's just a lot in a row. Do you look forward to a break?"
"Well, talk to the people responsible for the schedule," Swiatek said. "We have to adjust.
"Do you need a mental break? You look like you need a mental break?"

When the reporter said he did, she added: "Well, what are you doing here?"
Swiatek is a previous winner of the US Open, in 2021, but will not get the opportunity to add to her tally this year.
Much like at Wimbledon, a number of top seeds fell early on in the tournament, with Jasmine Paolini and Coco Gauff getting knocked out in the third and fourth rounds respectively.

But defending champion and number one seed Sabalenka is still in the tournament, with the 27-year-old set to face off against home favourite Jessica Pegula - who was born in Buffalo, New York - in the other semi-final.
