Joe Rogan was left stunned after discovering the social media feud between Donald Trump and Elon Musk in the middle of an episode of his podcast.
This week, US President Trump and billionaire Musk have been involved in a public spat on social media.
Trump first wrote on social media: "The easiest way to save money in our budget, billions and billions of dollars, is to terminate Elon's governmental subsidies and contracts."

To which Musk hit back with: "In light of the President’s statement about cancellation of my government contracts, @SpaceX will begin decommissioning its Dragon spacecraft immediately."
The US relies on Dragon to carry astronauts and supplies to the International Space Station.
“Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Dems would control the House, and the Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate,” Musk added.

The owner of X and Tesla then took the feud to another level by accusing Trump of being connected to the deceased sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein.
During an interview with FBI Director Kash Patel on his own podcast - The Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan was told about Musk's latest tweet.
Rogan said: "Jesus Christ," before Patel stated: "I’m not participating in any of that conversation between Elon and Trump."
After reading Musk's tweet, Rogan added: "Someone should take his phone away."

After directly asking Patel, "How does he know?," the FBI Director went on to say: "I don’t know how he would, but I’m just staying out of the Trump-Elon thing. That’s way outside my lane." You can watch the footage below, the video contains strong language.
Rogan then spoke about the impact of social media on mental health.
