Imogen Grant and Emily Craig wrote their names into Olympic history after winning Team GB's seventh gold medal of the 2024 Games in Paris.
The British pair triumphed in the women's lightweight double sculls on Friday to continue Team GB's success on the water.
They raced to a dominant victory, with Romania and Greece securing the silver and bronze medals.

Their gold was Team GB's sixth rowing medal of Paris 2024, more than any other nation.
Grant and Craig struggled to contain their emotions during the medal ceremony, with the pair set to remain Olympic champions in perpetuity.
That's because the current Games are the last in which lightweight rowing will feature as an event.

It won't be included at the 2028 Games in Los Angeles after organisers axed it from the Olympic programme.
It is set to be replaced by the discipline of beach sprints, which does not need a rowing lake.
Victory for Grant and Craig banishes memories of their heartbreak at the 2020 Games in Tokyo, where they missed out on a medal by just 0.01 seconds.
Since then, they have gone unbeaten in major competition, winning back-to-back World Championships before claiming the ultimate prize at the Olympics.

The pair fought back tears as they were awarded their Olympic gold medals, with fans quick to praise the British duo on social media.
"Brilliant, belting out the national anthem as well, well done, proud," posted one fan on X.
"Such an inspiring performance by Emily Craig and Imogen Grant! Congrats Team GB on the gold," added another.

While a third commented: "Absolutely brilliant achievement."
Their victory came just 30 minutes after Team GB's Oliver Wynne-Griffith and Tom George claimed silver in the men's pair final.
At the time of writing, Team GB are sixth in the medals table, having won seven golds, eight silvers and eight bronzes.
