Jason Kelce's wife Kylie issues statement on heartbreaking family news

Jason Kelce's wife Kylie has issued a statement sharing heartbreaking family news about the passing of their dog.

NFL legend Kelce and his other half have three children together and are expecting a fourth in the coming weeks. But they have been left with "immense heartbreak" after their dog Baloo died after seven years.

Kylie, who hosts the incredibly popular 'Not Gonna Lie' podcast, took to Instagram to reveal the sad announcement - which comes nearly a year after they lost their other pooch WInnie.

The 32-year-old called Baloo, who was a boy, the "sweetest, most lovable, and tolerant dog".

"When I told the girls that Baloo was going to leave us, Ellie asked where he was going," Kelce wrote, accompanied by pictures of their furry friend in the sky.

"I told her that he was going to heaven and without skipping a beat she replied, 'Oh! He'll get to be with Winnie again! They'll be so happy to see each other!'

"We were lucky enough to have 7 years with the goofiest, sweetest, most lovable, and tolerant dog l've ever met. He wanted nothing more than carbs and pets.

"He was a simple guy, held together by bubble gum and paper clips. The heartbreak is immense, but as Ellie so perfectly pointed out, the Winnie-Bubba reunion had to be pure magic.

"Miss you already Bubbies."

Last March the Kelces lost their first dog Winnie, also an Irish wolfhound who Kylie said will "always be my first born child".

Jason and Kylie married in 2018 and have three daughters together, Wyatt, Elliotte and Bennett.

Kelce baby name struggles

The pair's fourth child is due in the coming weeks and earlier this year Kylie revealed the couple's struggles when it comes to picking a name.

"Going on fourth, it’s like a disaster," she explained on the Not Gonna Lie podcast.

"You’ve already used them all up. All bets are off. If we do a full commit to a girly name at this point, it would not sit well with the other three, I think.

"Eventually, they’ll be like, ‘Why did they get a cute girly name?"

She did admit that they may have to go for a gender-neutral name, adding: "We debated Charlie for our first, and then within, I think, six months, we had three different friends who named their kid Charlie.

"This was six years ago. And Jason and I were like, ‘Shoot.’ Wyatt is a Wyatt, but I love the name Charlie."
