Joe Rogan has called out popular rapper Drake over his infamous 'cursed' bets on the UFC.

Since 'The Joe Rogan Experience' in 2009, the UFC commentator has released over 2000 episodes of the podcast speaking to a variety of guests from various walks of life.

Some of the biggest names in fight sports have appeared on the popular podcast, including Mike Tyson, Jon Jones and Tyson Fury.

But now, Rogan has confirmed that he wants to bring Drake onto the podcast so that they can discuss the rapper's awful track record of betting on fights in the UFC.

In a recent episode The Joe Rogan Experience with music producer Scott Storch, the two men discussed their desires to work with the Canadian supserstar

“I really wanna work with Drake, but I’ve been roadblocked with Drake,” Storch said. “I know Drake loves me and my production, but for whatever reason I haven’t been able to get him.”

However, it wasn't music that Rogan wanted to discuss with the rapper, as he admitted that he would like to talk about his infamous bets on UFC fights

“I wanna get a hold of Drake and talk to him about his fight picks,” Rogan said.

“That motherf***er loses more money on fights [than anyone]. I wanna call him up.”

Drake's poor track record for betting on sports has become so widely known, that some fans have suggested that once he announces that he has bet on someone, they have been 'cursed' and are guaranteed to lose.

This is particularly concerning for UFC fighters as, according to a website tracking the 38-year-old's bets, fights in the MMA organisation are his favourite thing to wager one.

In total, Drake has laid $12.7M (£9.97m) over 23 bets on the UFC, winning just nine of them.

However, Rogan’s producer pointed out that that the 'Champagne Papi' had recently won a big bet in UFC after backing Jon Jones to knockout Stipe Miocic at UFC 309 earlier this month.

After Jones secured the KO win in the third round of the bout, Drake earned himself $954,000 (£749,234).

However this didn't impress Rogan, who pointed out: “Wasn’t Jon Jones a 600/1 favourite? That’s what I would’ve said anyway. I mean, that’s an easy bet.”
