Dana White once named the UFC star who scares him the most - and he picked a legendary fighter.
White has had plenty of scary fighters on the UFC roster over the years.
Francis Ngannou reigned over the UFC heavyweight division before parting ways with the company, while Alex Pereira dominated the UFC light-heavyweight division at the peak of his powers. Two of the scariest fighters in the modern era.

But White mentioned another UFC star when naming the fighter that scares him the most.
He opted for UFC heavyweight contender Derrick Lewis, who goes by the nickname 'The Black Beast' for his ferocious power inside the famed Octagon.

Speaking to Paddy Pimblett on his YouTube channel, White revealed: "Always when you’re fucking around with the heavyweights - Derrick Lewis.

"When Derrick Lewis comes to a staredown, the only thing that makes him even a little bit not scary is that he actually has a sense of humour.
"He’s funny sometimes, but God forbid you get in there with Derek Lewis and he doesn’t like the other fighter."
The UFC CEO added: "I was in between him and another guy one time at the face-off, and it was just like, 'I might as well not f**king be there. If these guys want to do something, they’re going to throw me into the third row, and there’s not a f**king thing I can do about it'.
"Derrick Lewis, when you touch him, he’s one of the most powerful dudes that I’ve ever been in there with on a face-off. I can’t remember who the other guy was, but they were both trying to get in each other’s face, and I tried to stop it, and I was like, 'This is f**king unbelievable how powerful these two are'."

Lewis has been with the UFC since 2014 when he made his promotional debut against Jack May.
He's had 29 fights with the MMA leaders and has fought the division's best over the years.
The American slugger has beaten the likes of Curtis Blaydes, Alexander Volkov and Ngannou and has the most knockouts in UFC heavyweight history.
