Dana White was given 10 years to live by a DNA analyst

Dana White was told he had just 10 years to live after undergoing a series of tests.

White has been the UFC's head honcho since 2001 and under his leadership, it's become the biggest mixed martial arts promotion in the world.

The 54-year-old stays involved in all aspects of the business and refuses to slow down. Back in 2022, he decided to contact health analyst Gary Brecka to predict his life expectancy.

Brecka carried out a number of tests and determined White had just a decade of his life left, unless he made serious changes to his lifestyle.

"I connect with this guy, and they come in and they do my blood work and they scrape the insides of your cheeks to do your DNA," White told 'The Action Junkeez Podcast'. "The following Wednesday is when my results are supposed to be back. So he calls me [and says] I'm going to come out personally and walk you through your blood work.

"He ends up coming out, he sits down for three and a half hours and goes through my blood work. I'm all f***ed up. Everything that can be bad can be possibly bad. He gave me 10.4 years to live.

"This was 16 weeks ago and he said to me 'If you don't change these things this is your life expectancy'. He told me everything that was wrong with me; s**t I hadn't even told my wife."

White decided to make a change. He followed a 10 week plan which helped him drop 30lbs and 'the Baldfather' claims he feels like he's 35 again.

In addition to that, White has cleared up issues with his legs that doctors haven't been able to do in years.

He added: "So he says 'if you do everything I tell you to do for the next ten weeks it will change your life'. I did everything he said to the letter and I lost 30lbs.

"Everything is gone in ten f**king weeks, I have been working with doctors for ten years and they haven't been able to do anything. This guy is incredible and he can literally change your life."

Recently, White was left stunned after Israel Adesanya fell to a shock defeat against Sean Strickland during UFC 293 in Sydney, Australia.
