TUF 31 trailer drops and things get extremely heated between Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler

The trailer for the upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter has dropped and it looks like things get extremely heated between coaches Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler.

The 31st season is set to air on May 30 and will feature the Irishman and Iron heading up two teams of fighters.

It’s been highly anticipated as fans have caught glimpses and sneak peeks of the filming for the series.

We’ve now been blessed with the upcoming trailer for the season, and boy do fireworks go off between the two coaches.

The Notorious one dropped the trailer on his Twitter account and the video shows one scene that will have fans very interested.

Toward the end of the clip, Chandler and McGregor are seen facing off inside the Octagon, flanked by a couple of their team members.

They're nose to nose as they exchange words before McGregor shoves his opposition coach directly in the throat, launching him back.

There has been talk that things got fiery between the two in filming.

Back in March, UFC boss Dana White hinted that the two had gotten into a bit of an altercation during filming.

Following UFC 285, Dana White addressed the two fighters and the upcoming season of TUF.

He told reporters: “Chandler and Conor were very respectful to each other.

"And then some things started escalating that you will see on the show and they do not like each other now.

"I don't look at stuff that's good for the show or things like that. Whatever happens, happens. The stuff that just happened shouldn't happen.

"I'm getting old boys, I'm getting old. I would have been in there sooner back in the old days, but yeah, not good.

"A lot of s**t went down on Friday."

We may have just gotten a glimpse into the s**t that went down.

It’s expected that the two coaches will go one on one inside the Octagon at some stage later this year.

Based on the trailer, however, fans are already making up their mind on the outcome.

One fan wrote: “MICHAEL CHANDLER IS FOOKED.”

Another said: “Conor McGregor is going to f***ing destroy Chandler oh my god.”

A third commented: “Hahahaha I can’t wait for this season of TUF.”
