Fans Accuse Tom Brady Of Using 'Fake' Drone Footage To Capture Miracle Hole-In-One

Fans Accuse Tom Brady Of Using 'Fake' Drone Footage To Capture Miracle Hole-In-One

Eagle-eyed viewers pointed out a huge problem with the drone footage capturing the former Super Bowl champion's hole-in-one.

Legendary quarterback and a magical golfer, Tom Brady can apparently do it all.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion took to TikTok to post some fantastic footage of him teeing off on the green, managing to capture an incredible hole-in-one.

The footage shows the immense reaction from those with Brady on the course to finding out the ball had nestled in the hole.

Meanwhile, some awe-inspiring drone footage got up close and personal with the ball as it flew through the air and found its way onto the green and into the hole.

The former NFL champion captioned the video: “This is why you film every shot on the course…”

The video amazed fans who were left stunned at not only Brady’s hole-in-one but the footage the drone managed to capture.

One TikTok user commented: “Tom going to be the next golfing pro.”

Another user said: “Brady is just completing side missions in real life.”

While another commented on the footage, saying: “They should have drones in every golf tournament.”

Fantastic stuff, however, some people weren't buying it.

Some social media users pointed out that the video footage appeared to be fake after all.

One user commented: “Total CGI… but hats off to the editor who fooled all the people here.”

When you do look closely at the drone footage the ball does appear to drop into the hole at quite some velocity, making for quite an unnatural viewing.

And some eagle-eyed viewers pointed out that one of the accounts Brady had tagged in the video was actually a visual effects artist he has worked with in the past.

The creator, Ari Fararoy, posted a video to his TikTok in March where he had edited a shot of Brady throwing and catching the ball to himself.

While it's disappointing that the footage is fake, you have to give massive kudos to the editor as it does look top-notch.

The video had Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes fooled, who said: “Not going to lie pretty impressive…”

However, Bills quarterback Josh Allen wasn’t taking the bait, responding to a tweet with a GIF of Adam Sandler saying: “Ba Ba Ba Bulls**t.”

Brady will be hoping he won’t have to fake anything when he goes up against an all-NFL quarterback group in the exhibition golfing tournament The Match.

Brady will be up against Aaron Rodgers, Patrick Mahomes, and Josh Allen in the 12-hole golf duel.
