Lewis Hamilton has butted heads with his Ferrari team again as the seven-time world champion erupted on the team radio, questioning whether he was being used as a 'guinea pig' in a strategy that lost him a lot of time.
Formula 1 is back from its summer break, and the chaos has quickly erupted at the Dutch Grand Prix.
The opening two laps saw home crowd favourite Max Verstappen spin out and crash the lead Red Bull car, ending his final Zandvoort race in the wall. The four-time world champion even foreshadowed his devastating exit from the race, but it wasn't to be avoided.
Despite falling behind Kimi Antonelli at the red-flag restart, Lando Norris regained his lead with a perfect Plan B strategy, and soared home to a comfortable win.

Norris' win jumps him to second in the standings, taking eight points out of Antonelli's lead.
But, it was Lewis Hamilton who had everyone talking, as he sent scathing messages down the team radio during the race, before losing out on a podium by half a second.

George Russell held on to the final podium place, with just a second separating him from both the Ferrari drivers, Hamilton and Charles Leclerc, but it could have been a very different story.
Having been stuck behind his teammate for a number of laps, Hamilton was hot on the radio asking for team orders to be executed, rather than risking overtaking his companion.
"I'm quicker than Charles. My tyres are better," Hamilton initially said.
A second message added, "We're just losing time!"
After passing Leclerc, the Brit added, "Great way of wasting time, guys. Great job."
Hamilton was back on the radio again later in the race as he was left out on the hard tyres while losing two seconds a lap to many of those behind him, instead of pitting and getting a fresh run at overtakes in the final stages of the race.
"Are you using me as a guinea pig or what? What's going on? How long will you have me stay out?" the final message said.
Ferrari was gifted a virtual safety car to avoid any more wrath from the British driver, just as he was passed by Norris and Antonelli.
Time favoured Hamilton on this occasion, being able to jump onto fresh tyres to attack a podium position.
But a second virtual safety car was deployed two laps from the end, thwarting an attempt to get past Russell.
The Mercedes driver defended well on the last lap of action to retain the third-place finish.
But for Hamilton, it was a story of wasted time throughout the race, which saw him drop further away from Antonelli's championship lead and allow Lando Norris to enter the title race.
It's not the first time Hamilton has been angry on the radio, too, as the entire 2025/26 season was full of dispute, and the fractured team relationship boiled over to this season during the Chinese GP.
