Bayern Munich have revealed how much they are willing to pay Liverpool for Luis Diaz, according to a bombshell report.
Bayern are in the market for attacking reinforcements following the devastating injury to Jamal Musiala, who suffered a broken leg and dislocated ankle during his side's defeat to Paris Saint-Germain at the Club World Cup.
Musiala collided with PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, with Real Madrid stopper Thibaut Courtois speaking out on the unfortunate incident.
The attacking midfielder has since undergone surgery on his injuries and will be unavailable 'for the next few months'.

He will miss the start of the 2025/26 campaign and is set to begin rehabilitation next week.
"This serious injury and the long absence are a real shock for Jamal and all of us. This hits FC Bayern hard," said the club's sporting director Max Eberl.

Bayern plan to act in the transfer window and have identified several players, including Diaz.

Liverpool, who have splashed the cash this summer, would be prepared to sanction the sale of Diaz if their valuation is met.
But, according to German journalist Christian Falk, Bayern are only willing to pay a maximum of £51.6 million - plus possible bonuses attached.
Falk claims Bayern have set an 'upper limit of any potential bidding' for the Colombian winger.
Bayern wish to operate with respect and care following the passing of Diogo Jota last week, per the report.

It adds the Bundesliga champions have decided to hold off on transfer talks with Liverpool for the time being.

Diaz joined Liverpool from Porto for £37.5 million in January 2022 and has made 148 appearances across all competitions since signing for the club.
He has scored 41 goals and helped his side win the Premier League title last season.

The 28-year-old scored 13 goals in 36 league games during their title-winning campaign.
Diaz is Bayern's top transfer target after their failed pursuits of Athletic Bilbao's Nico Williams and PSG's Bradley Barcola.
