Liverpool fans think that Alexander Isak may finally complete a move to Anfield after spotting something on Newcastle United's website.
After competing a deal with Eintracht Frankfurt for star striker Hugo Ekitike, Liverpool appear to have set their sights on Newcastle's Isak.
The Reds are said to be willing to break the British transfer record for the second time this summer in order to secure Isak's signature, with an offer in the range of £130million expected in the coming days.
But the a deal may not be easy, as reports have claimed that Newcastle remain adamant that they will hold on to their star man, despite him not taking part in the club's pre-season training camp so that he can secure the move.

However, Liverpool fans now think that Newcastle may have accepted that Isak's departure is inevitable after spotting a detail on the club's website.

On Tuesday, Newcastle officially unveiled their brand new away kit for the 2025/26 season ahead of its release on August 1.
Several players modelled the kit in the launch video and the article written for the club website, with the likes of Jacob Murphy, Sandro Tonali and Joelinton sporting the brand new green and white kit.

However, one man that was notably absent was Isak, leading many Liverpool fans on social media to conclude that his move to join the Premier League champions is all but finalised.
Reacting to the kit launch on X, one fan asked: "Isak not in the video? I thought he wasn’t for sale?"
While another wrote: "No Isak? Welcome to Liverpool, Alex."
And one fan on Instagram suggested: "I wonder if Isak was in the original edit."

What is the latest update on Isak's transfer to Liverpool?
Ahead of Newcastle United's pre-season match against the K-League XI, manager Eddie Howe spoke with the media during a press conference in Seoul on Tuesday afternoon.
Of course, the Englishman was asked to provide an update the latest rumours about Isak's future, leading to the manager doubling down on the club's claim that things are still mostly under their control.

He said: "He is still our player. He’s contracted to us.
"We, to a degree, control what is next for him. I would love to believe all possibilities are still available to us.
"My wish is that he stays, but that’s not in my full control.
"We have not received a formal offer for Alex, from any club. My wish is he stays and we see him playing again next year."
