Jack Grealish has been heavily linked with a move away from Manchester City, and his most likely destination has now been revealed.
Ever since joining the club from Aston Villa for a reported fee of £100 million, Grealish has largely struggled to rediscover his best football.
So far, the 29-year-old has managed 17 goals in 156 appearances across all competitions.

This season, Grealish has only recorded three goals and five assists in 31 matches.
As a result, he has fallen down Pep Guardiola's pecking order and could be axed in the summer.
According to a report in March by Football Insider, City are likely to accept an offer for Grealish if the price is right.

It has also been claimed that Grealish is set to hold talks with Guardiola in order to sort out his future.
With the Englishman linked with a move away, it has been revealed that Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur are currently the front runners to sign the player.
According to OLBG, Spurs are now priced at 7/2 to sign Grealish, ahead of fellow Premier League side West Ham United and former club Villa.
Clubs in Saudi Arabia are also said to be in the running to snap up the attacking midfielder.

Betting company Bet365 has given Grealish a 22.2% chance of signing for Spurs, but the probability of him staying put at City is 44.4%.

Speaking back in March, Guardiola was quizzed on Grealish's form as question marks remain over his long-term future for both City and England.
He said: "It's so good to have a dream to play in the World Cup and Euros with his national team.
"What happens in terms of Jack, in terms of everyone, they will be treated at the end of the season. I don't know what is going to happen but now we are playing for many important things."
Grealish and City will be back in action this weekend when they take on Crystal Palace in the FA Cup final on Saturday.
