Bayern Munich have reportedly reached an agreement with Tottenham Hotspur to sign Harry Kane.

The future of Kane at Spurs has been one of the main talking points of the summer transfer window so far.

Previously, it was widely reported that German Bundesliga side Bayern were seriously interested in bringing the England captain to Bavaria.

Over the last few weeks, Bayern have seen three bids rejected by Spurs as the North London club wanted to get at least €100 million.

With just a few days to go until the start of the Premier League season, it has been reported that Spurs and Bayern have reached an agreement over Kane.

According to The Athletic journalist David Ornstein, who tweeted: “EXCLUSIVE: Bayern Munich have reached an agreement with Tottenham to sign Harry Kane, sources in Germany indicate.

#FCBayern proposal worth above €100m accepted by #THFC. 30yo has been leaning towards staying but must now make a decision.”

Kane has been linked with a move away from Spurs throughout the summer transfer window and it looks like a move could be imminent.

Kane has been heavily involved in pre-season so far as Ange Postecoglou gears up for his first season as Spurs boss.

After a recent defeat by Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona, Postecoglou said: "The key for us, again, you could see that quite a few of the lads need match minutes, so to have tonight’s game and to get meaningful match minutes against a top opponent was good, and some of the performances were strong.

"Like we said at the weekend, you can see the intent is there from the players. There are still areas we need to improve, but the intent to try and play our football is there.”

Spurs will kick off their 23/24 Premier League campaign with a London derby against Brentford on Saturday.
