Sir Alex Ferguson was left in awe by ex-Man Utd star’s ‘magnificent’ penis

Sir Alex Ferguson was left in awe by ex-Man Utd star’s ‘magnificent’ penis

Sir Alex Ferguson made a shocking admission about one of his former players.

Sir Alex Ferguson saw plenty of talents come and go through the doors of Old Trafford, but one player stood out for a very different reason.

While the likes of David Beckham and Wayne Rooney were making waves on the pitch, Dion Dublin was attracting plenty of attention off the field - or in the changing rooms, to be specific.

The former England striker turned television presenter endured a frustrating spell with Manchester United in which he made just 13 appearances, but what impressed his manager most was his 'magnificent' penis.

According to ex-Coventry City chairman Bryan Richardson, the ex United boss once exclaimed: "Big? It isn't big. It's magnificent. I've seen some whoppers in my time, but Dion's is something else."

Dublin, who now spends his days presenting television show Homes Under the Hammer, is yet to confirm or deny the allegations. However, he is not the first Red Devils player to be given such treatment.

During his two-year spell at Old Trafford, Zlatan Ibrahimovic was allegedly labelled 'The Big Man' by his team-mates after revealing his manhood in the changing rooms.

Aside from his contribution in the changing room, Dublin struggled to make an impression on the team, after he broke his leg after just his third game for the club.

While it was bad news for Dublin, it may have been a blessing in disguise for Ferguson, who was forced into the transfer market as a result, signing the little-known Eric Cantona who went on to score 82 goals in 185 appearances for the north west club.

“I am the reason why Man United have won all those trophies – it is down to me, it really is," Dublin joked in an interview with ESPN Classic.

"I break my leg and then they bring in this has-been called Cantona who just takes the world of football by storm.”
