Real Madrid and Barcelona's FIFA 23 ratings have been leaked, El Clasico should be spicy

Real Madrid and Barcelona's FIFA 23 ratings have been leaked online and a virtual El Clasico promises to be a spicy fixture.

Somehow, a bizarre glitch has led to some Xbox players being allowed to access the game a month ahead of its official launch.

As a result, a plethora of ratings for the world's leading teams and players have been shared round on social media.

Real Madrid and Barcelona are two of the big dogs and their squads and overalls have been posted.

14-time European champions Real have talisman Karim Benzema as one of the joint highest-rated players alongside the likes of Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and Kevin De Bruyne thanks to a 91 overall.

Vinicius Jr, the man who scored the winner in the Champions League final, has been given a mammoth upgrade after a stellar season.

He's now been bumped up six ratings 86 and his card looks absolutely filthy.

At the back, a potential centre-back pairing of Eder Militao (84) and Antonio Rudiger (87) is just illegal - and then you can even throw in David Alaba (86).

Big money signing Aurelien Tchouameni has been handed an 82 overall, while misfiring Eden Hazard, a former cover star is now an 84-rated player these days.

Thibaut Courtois, 90-rated, is one of the best goalkeepers on the game.

Barcelona have been incredibly active in the transfer market and after finally registering all their new recruits, should be plenty of fun to play with.

Robert Lewandowski is comfortably the Blaugrana's highest-rated player with a 91 overall, with Marc-Andre Ter Stegen and Frenkie de Jong next up on 88 and 87.

Memphis Depay, Pedri, Jordi Alba, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and club captain Sergio Busquets are all on 85.

New additions Franck Kessie and Jules Kounde are both 84-rated, with Raphinha a mark below on 83 - the same score given to Gerard Pique.

Ansu Fati and Gavi's ratings have not yet been revealed.

Elsewhere, Mbappe and Messi share the honour of being PSG's best player on the game and Mo Salah and Virgil van Dijk are unsurprisingly the top stars for Liverpool.
